Our company is growing, and we are seeking an extraordinary new office employee to assist our Lawn Care Department with over-the-phone sales and administrative tasks. Your role will be working with our Lawn Care manager to complete data entry as well as working with customers to provide estimates, process payments, and schedule services. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and knows how to provide excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

– Answer calls and return messages about lawn care service inquiries
– Make outbound calls to build customer base and make sales
– Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner; striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
– Be professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
– Provide customers with excellent customer service, package pricing, and scheduling information
– Identify and assess customers’ using our scheduling software
– Add in new customers as well as maintain existing customer database
– Schedule/reschedule service appointments while maintaining an efficient schedule for techs
– Receive and process customer payments
– Assist with various clerical duties as needed
– Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
– Strive to continue growing within the company

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

– Experience in outbound sales is preferred

Our Service Department is growing, and we are seeking to add an extraordinary new technician to our team. Your role will be to maintain, repair, and install residential and commercial irrigation systems. We are looking for someone who is able to work in various weather conditions with a can-do attitude.

We love to train, so don’t worry if you don’t have irrigation experience. If you are a hard worker who loves to learn new things, then you are right for this role.

Job Duties:

Troubleshoot, service, and repair different types of irrigation systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner
Responsible for maintaining vehicle and equipment inventory
Make recommendations for continuous improvement, and be actively involved in solution identification and implementation
Complete online and on-the-job training as required

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Available for over-time during peak seasons (Spring and Fall)
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload (lifting 75 pounds)
Excellent work ethic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Love to work independently
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated understanding of electrical principles
Good communication skills, both verbally and written
Must possess a desire for continual learning and continuous improvement, personally and professionally.

Salary:

$35,900-$42,400 plus ability to earn monthly bonuses, overtime, and promotions
