Our company is growing, and we are seeking an extraordinary new customer service representative for our team. Your role will be to work at our front desk managing incoming calls and assisting customers. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-pace environment with a positive attitude.

CSR-Front Desk Duties:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls regarding service questions and scheduling.
Greet and assists customers that come into the office
Answer and return messages about basic service inquiries
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
Provide customers with excellent customer service, package pricing and scheduling information
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments
Identify and assess customers’ using our scheduling software
Add in new customers as well as maintain existing customer database
Schedule / reschedule service appointments while maintain an efficient schedule
Receive customer payments
Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Assist with various clerical duties as needed
Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
Evaluate and order office supplies as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

Being on time / dependability is a must
Meet deadlines and execute work timely and accurately
Strive to stay busy, productive, and work together to accomplish team goals
Remain professional and courteous with customers while going the extra mile to achieve a great customer experience
Strong ability to multitask in a very fast pace environment
Great organization skills
Willingness to learn new things to promote self-growth as well as company growth
2-5 years Customer Service experience
Previous scheduling experience a plus
Previous sales experience a plus
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full Job Description

Our Service Department is growing, and we are seeking to add an extraordinary new technician to our team. Your role will be to maintain, repair, and install residential and commercial irrigation systems. We are looking for someone who is able to work in various weather conditions with a can-do attitude.

Do you have good work ethic and technical know-how? Are you a problem-solver that excels working independently? Do you like working outdoors and work that involves physical activity? Are you passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience?
If you answered yes to the questions above, then we want to hear from you.
We love to train, so don’t worry if you don’t have irrigation experience. If you are a hard worker who loves to learn new things, then you are right for this role.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, service and repair different types of irrigation systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner
Responsible for maintaining vehicle and equipment inventory
Make recommendations for continuous improvement, and be actively involved in solution identification and implementation.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Available for over-time during peak seasons (Spring and Fall)
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent work ethic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Love to work independently
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Demonstrated understanding of electrical principles
Good communication skills, both verbally and written
Must possess a desire for continual learning and continuous improvement, personally and professionally.

Required license or certification:

Driver’s License

Salary:

Our technicians are paid an hourly rate of $15-23+/hr (based on skills/experience) and have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
